City of Strawn is seeking applications to serve on the Development Corporation of Strawn Board of Directors

Are you interested in Economic Development? Do you want to help Strawn grow and create jobs? If so, the City Council of Strawn is asking you to serve on the Development Corporation of Strawn Board of Directors. To qualify, you must live in Palo Pinto County or within 5 miles of Strawn. Applications are due by Monday January 12th at close of business. The City Council will select 5 Board Members during the January meeting. DCOS usually meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at Strawn City Hall. DCOS is subject to the open meetings act and all meetings are open to the general public. Applications are available at Strawn City Hall or you may email city@strawntx.com to receive one.
